12Competition in the framework of the Erasmus + project between ONAFT and the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (Greece)
According to the draft international academic mobility Erasmus + between the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies and the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (ATETH) a competition is announced to select candidates (3 mobility) from among the bachelor students to study for 6 months in the following specialties:
1. Tourism
2. Hotel and restaurant business
3. Food TECHNOLOGIES
4. Ecology
5. Economy
6. Marketing
7. Management
8. Entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activities
9. Automation and computer-integrated technologies.
10. Computer engineering
11. Computer science
12. Applied mechanics
The selection of candidates is carried out according to:
– Regulations on the procedure for the implementation of the right to academic mobility by participants in the educational process of the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies (Rector’s Order of 14.11.2017, No. 342-01)
– Regulation on the selection of candidates for academic mobility grants in the framework of the Erasmus + project (Order of the Rector dated 11.11.2017 p. No. 342-01.)
To receive a grant from academic mobility within the framework of the Erasmus + project, candidates must submit by April 15, 2019:
1. Application (Student Application Form)
2. CV (Europass format)
3. a photocopy of the first page of the passport;
4. statement of grades and credits for each subject (Transcript of Records), certified by the dean’s office and in the Department of International Relations and Academic Mobility;
5. Certificate of confirmation of knowledge of the English language, if any, not lower than Level B2 (preference will be given to official certificates such as TOEFL, IELTS)
6. motivation letter (maximum size – 1 page A4).

Prepared documents for a grant on academic mobility in the framework of the Erasmus + project must be submitted to the email address intl_onapt@ukr.net (scanned copies in one file in PDF format) and in paper form to the secretary of the vice-rector for scientific and educational work and international relations (room A -130).
The submitted documents are reviewed by a specially created commission, which forms the list of nominated candidates. The list of nominated persons is sent to ATETH, which makes the final decision.
