In January and February 2018, I took tart in international internship as a waitress at Regnum Bansko Apart Hotel & Spa 5 * in Bulgaria. The hotel is located close to the ski resort, 400 m from the ski lift and 900 m from the city center, at the very foot of Pirin Mountain and the Glazne River. Surrounded by beautiful nature, the hotel has its own style, which distinguishes it from similar resorts.
The restaurant staff was very nice and friendly, everything was explained and taught the service sphere. As my manager told us: “My work is your good mood!”, So there was always a desire to go to work. I practiced my English and learned the basics of the Bulgarian language, and I taught my colleagues who wanted this some Russian words.
I have received enormous pleasure from experience and new environment. I am grateful to the Center for International Cooperation of ONAFT for this opportunity!
